Because the units are pre-piped and factory-tested, field crews might only need a forklift, power drop, and feed line. Since some units are on wheels, these can be placed directly where needed. In one documented emergency deployment, within 24 hours of notice, our team scheduled equipment shipments and coordinated installation logistics. The system began water production 72 hours after site arrival, totaling one week from order date to functioning mobile system. On average, our units can be deployed on site 2 weeks after ordering, then about a week for startup and commissioning.

These self-contained units are portable, either integrated with wheels or easily transported on a trailer. Each unit comes complete with piping, pumps, sensors, and pre-wired control panels. Setup can be as simple as connecting power, a water source hose, and a discharge, waste, backwash, or reject line. Inside, successive barriers – media filtration or membranes – perform rapid water purification while on-board analytics track water quality in real time. Because the train is optimized for mobile water treatment, operators can typically begin producing clean water within hours, pending local compliance testing. The design leverages mobile-optimized versions of the same water treatment technology used in permanent plants.

The mobile treatment units are engineered for versatility and fast deployment. We have deployments of assets that cover clarification (high-rate sedimentation and dissolved air flotation) and filtration (media and membrane). Applications range from municipal water and wastewater treatment to heavy industry including power market, mining, chemical and petrochemical.
